Leroy Bayfield Sloan was born in Cook County, Chicago on May 2, 1910. He died on January 19, 1986. Leroy B. Sloan was an attorney and a member of the Virginia State Bar. He worked as a Special Agent for the Treasury Department and as an Auditor for the Internal Revenue Service. In this photo, taken in 1983, Leroy B. Sloan is holding his granddaughter, Shamema Honzagool Sloan. Leroy B. Sloan had two children, Samuel H. Sloan and Creighton Welsey Sloan, and nine grandchildren (including four grandchildren born after he died).
