Rebuilt Titanic to Prove Mummy Story to be Hoax

Private business men have made plans to build an exact replica of the Titanic. They are trying to get permission from the owners of the blue prints of the original Titanic. They plan to have it built to set sail by 2002. It will carry wealthy passengers, in view of the increased popularity of ocean cruises. The cost of building the ship will be $500 million.

The officials have assured the public that the replica will not be entirely exact. For one thing, the bulkheads will be built to the ceiling so that the water cannot overflow, as it did on the original Titanic.

In addition, there will be enough lifeboats, as required by modern safety regulations.

In order to disprove the theory that the Titanic was sunk by a mummy and not by an iceberg, the officials plan to have another mummy on-board this time. There are thousands of suitable mummies available in Egypt, the officials said.

The officials state that, in this way, the mummy theory will be disproved, because this time, the Titanic will not sink.
